Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rowva collects, uses, protects, and shares information when people use Rowva's website, workspace, authentication, file processing, and related services.

What Rowva does

Rowva helps small teams upload messy business files, clean and structure those files, review what changed, and download purpose-built outputs for operations, reporting, AI workflows, and audit review.

The product is designed to show users what happened to their data, including caveats, review-required items, and readiness limits.

Information we collect

Account information such as name, email address, sign-in identifiers, and workspace membership details.

Uploaded business files and generated artifacts needed to process, review, package, and download your requested outputs.

Product usage and operating details such as job status, processing events, artifact readiness, error logs, audit events, and security logs.

Payment or subscription details if billing is enabled through a payment provider. Rowva does not need to store full card numbers.

How we use information

To authenticate users, run workspace jobs, clean or extract data, generate downloads, and provide audit evidence.

To protect the service, prevent abuse, debug failures, improve reliability, and understand product usage at an aggregate level.

To provide support, communicate service updates, and manage launch access, guided setup, or subscription access.

AI and document processing

Rowva may use rules-based checks and optional AI-assisted extraction for supported files. AI output is treated as assisted and reviewable, not automatically perfect.

Where learning or telemetry is used, Rowva defaults to outcome, pattern, caveat, and review details rather than raw customer document text for cross-customer learning.

Raw customer file content is not used for cross-tenant model training by default. Any deeper learning path would require explicit opt-in and separate retention controls.

Sharing and processors

Rowva may use service providers for infrastructure, sign-in, storage, analytics, email, payments, and AI processing where configured.

These providers are used to operate Rowva and are not allowed to use customer data for their own unrelated purposes under Rowva's instructions.

Rowva may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

Data retention and deletion

Rowva retains account data, uploaded files, generated artifacts, audit records, and job records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security or legal requirements, or support the customer's workspace.

Customers may request deletion of account or workspace data, subject to legal, security, backup, and audit retention obligations.

Security

Rowva uses authentication, access controls, tenant-aware data handling, HTTPS, operational logging, and storage controls to protect customer data.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but Rowva is designed to keep data access limited to authorized users and operational needs.

Your choices

You can choose what files to upload, review generated outputs before use, and decide which packages are appropriate for operations, reporting, AI, or audit purposes.

You may contact Rowva to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information where applicable.
