Terms of Service

Rowva provides a workspace for uploading messy business files, cleaning or extracting data, reviewing changes, and downloading outputs for operations, reporting, AI workflows, and audit review.

You are responsible for the files you upload, the instructions you provide, and how you use downloaded outputs.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or workspace access.

Rowva may suspend or restrict access if the service is abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that risks other users, systems, or data.

You retain ownership of the business files and data you upload to Rowva.

You grant Rowva permission to process customer data as needed to provide the service, including generating previews, cleaned outputs, packages, audit records, and support diagnostics.

Do not upload data unless you have the right to process it through Rowva.

Rowva is designed to make data cleanup more useful and transparent, but outputs may still contain errors, caveats, missing fields, or review-required items.

Readiness labels, audit notes, and AI-assisted extraction summaries are provided to help users decide whether an output is appropriate for a specific use.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business decisions, regulatory submissions, customer communications, or AI systems.

Some Rowva features may use AI-assisted extraction, classification, or suggestions when configured and available.

AI-assisted results are not guaranteed to be complete or correct. Rowva may route uncertain fields to review and may fall back to rules-based checks.

Rowva does not promise that an output is AI-ready unless the relevant readiness checks and caveats support that claim.

Do not use Rowva to break the law, violate privacy rights, upload malicious files, attack systems, reverse engineer the service, or process data you are not authorized to process.

Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, authorization, billing controls, or tenant boundaries.

Rowva may change, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. During launch access and early-stage usage, some features may be limited or subject to change.

Connectors, AI features, and advanced surfaces may be available, setup-required, or coming soon depending on deployment configuration.

Rowva is provided as a data cleanup and preparation tool. The service is provided without warranties of perfect accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for every use case.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rowva is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for business losses arising from use of the service.
